This modest family home was run down and over-used with minimum space for a large and extended family to call their “forever” home. The task was to achieve space, light, class and dignity to this beautiful house that could be a timeless feature in the community and for generations to follow.

We were introduced to our clients through a referral, and we went through the entire scope, using our tried and tested process. We selected a preferred Architect and drew up preliminary budgets, leading to a fixed price contract that the client was really happy with. A “no surprises” Million Dollar renovation. No stone left unturned with this mammoth task.
During excavation we uncovered a massive tree, along with enormous rocks which needed to be removed. No stone left unturned - literally!
Our clients understood every move we made, and supported us by excellent communication and managing expectations from the very beginning. This relationship is one we love to have!
This project exemplifies our entire business model. We took this project from concept, introduced our client to our preferred architects, took them through our preliminary budget process and we went on this amazing journey with them to achieve an exceptional result. Adding spaciousness, light, room to move and breathe as well as cosy corners that keep in with the overall feel of the home. There is space in their togetherness for this close-knit family. We added on-suite bathrooms, brand new deck, double garage, kitchen, lounge, laundry and complete internal renovation. We added high class louvers on the deck to keep guests entertained through all kinds of weather.. We handed the home in on budget, on time and exceeded our clients expectations in detail and workmanship. This home is one they are very proud of and our clients have become firm friends.

Russ, Jen and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to work with! They came into a flood damaged home, with half walls missing and have worked alongside us to create a modern and upgraded home to our dreams! As our first time renovating they really have made it easy for us to renovate in the future and we even picked up some new skills along the way from the team! Big shout out to Tony, Jordy, Ben and Finn for the hard work to the house and even being super respectful while I was doing overnights! Can't thank them enough and so happy to have our home back after over a year!
